File → Quit (F Q or Alt-Q) closes
all open windows of lepton-schematic stemming from the same root window
with all their pages. It won’t close those windows you’ve launched in
a different instance (from a terminal, from your window manager menu,
etc.). The Save File dialog will be opened for every unsaved
